Designed by BHM Architects, the new C.W. Williams Community Health Center uses Echelon Masonry’s Aria Slim masonry in Ground Face Granite and Texture Face Alabaster to deliver a design that balances a modern aesthetic with quiet resilience, living up to the center’s role as a pillar of the community.

The strategic application of ALUCOBOND® PLUS, which gave shape to the team’s ideas with its signature design feature: a captivating façade echoing a forward-thinking spirit through the dynamic pairing of brilliant metallic finishes.

Exemplifying monolithic, modern building design, this single-story connecting building and parking garages feature aluminum framing systems by Tubelite and architectural finishes by Linetec.

Built on a constrained site between the Hudson and Harlem Rivers, the new center replaces an aging structure within the university’s Baker Athletics Complex and reflects Columbia’s broader commitment to resilient, high-performance design in the face of evolving urban and environmental challenges.

Designers, along with the installation team from Raleigh-based Baker Roofing Services, specified PAC-CLAD Tite-Loc Plus panels from Petersen for these buildings.

Designed by Axiom Architecture, the structure's exterior balances glass, metal and masonry in a sleek, modern style defined by transparent columns and horizontal bands created with EFCO fenestration and framing products.

The Lenexa Old Town Activity Center has long served as a central gathering place for educational programs, recreational activities and community events, and recently underwent a major retrofit and expansion.

To accomplish the university’s campus-wide, long-term goals, architects at the Design Collaborative first developed a comprehensive plan. 

The building design embraces the concept of a non-traditional high school, with flexible spaces tailored to meet the individual needs of students.

The Catherine Dickson Hofman (CDH) Branch of the Warren County Public Library has welcomed the community back with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and re-opening preview of its newly renovated and expanded 9,800-SF space, which included a 5,800-SF addition.
