LIFE Senior Services is a Tulsa-based nonprofit dedicated to helping adults over 50 maintain independence, dignity and quality of life. As part of an expansion of its Roma Berry campus, LIFE added a new 8,450-square-foot recreation facility to house indoor pickleball and basketball courts. 

State Street Apartments explores how new construction can positively contribute to an evolving neighborhood. Located at a prominent intersection,the eight-story, 158-unit mixed-use building serves as a new gateway to Seattle’s Atlantic neighborhood.

Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood is now home to the newly renovated Embassy Suites and Avalara Hawk Tower at 255 South King Street. The complex is connected by a sky bridge and allows for clear, spectacular views of Seattle, thanks to Vitro Architectural Glass.

Called the Canyon, the architects were inspired by natural erosion and slot canyons in creating this beautiful space where residents are afforded views of the Rocky Mountains and the Denver skyline, and where people can socialize and connect to nature.

The resulting design of the new West Charlotte High School campus is a celebration of its rich history, woven into the building through the use of masonry to tell a continuous story.

A historic steam supply warehouse in Seattle’s Pioneer Square has been reimagined as Populus Seattle, a 120-room boutique hotel with architectural design by The Miller Hull Partnership, in collaboration with Urban Villages, Curioso, Aparium Hotel Group, and JTM Construction.

35 Stone is a five-story mass timber office and retail building in Seattle’s Lake Union area, designed under the city’s Living Building Pilot Program to showcase sustainable design with rainwater harvesting, reduced energy use, and environmentally conscious materials, including custom metal panels.

Shinsegae Namsan is a seven-story, 200,000-square-foot building for national retailer Shinsegae. It has a multi-purpose program, housing both educational, training, conference, and office space for staff, along with a venue for concerts, performances, lectures, and other cultural events.

The La Nube STEAM Discovery Center in El Paso showcases how ATAS wall systems shaped a cloud-inspired landmark that fosters creativity, learning, and civic pride.

Sacred Heart University (SHU), in collaboration with The S/L/A/M Collaborative, unveils final images for Pioneer Village—a landmark residential precinct that redefines the university’s-built environment and reflects SHU’s continued commitment to a thriving residential population and vibrant campus community.
