The building’s design is not just about the present, but also about the future. The design strives to anticipate future tenants’ needs of security, evolving technology, flexibility, and seamless operation.

The new Monument Drive Commuter Parking Garage and Transit Center in Fairfax, Virginia, showcases a unique aluminum cladding system manufactured and engineered by EXTECH/Exterior Technologies and finished by Linetec in textured terra cotta specialty architectural coatings.

As Penn State’s first ground-up building in downtown State College, Pa., the new LEED Gold-targeting Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub, formerly known as the James Building, maximizes daylighting with precisely sized openings and a ground-floor curtainwall system.

CJS Architects was tasked with designing the Sands Family YMCA, a 75,000 square-foot state-of-the-art multi-use facility that took the place of the 100-year-old Canandaigua YMCA.

Completed in October 2023, 20 Mass, the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and F Street NW has transformed into Capitol Hill’s go-to destination thanks to Solarban^® 72 Acuity^® glass by Vitro Architectural Glass. 

Embracing the venue's original architecture, the team methodically removed layers of paint and materials to reveal the space's authentic features.

Once the roofing system was completed, a roof garden system was installed on the building, allowing for a community roof deck.

Shadow Series from Dri-Design was used to achieve that goal and mimic the look of bamboo on the building’s exterior.

Due to the ranch’s remote location, the owner wished to build an off-the-grid building featuring a 3.84kW rooftop solar array together with a battery storage system to power the building.
