PJCArchitecture Relocates NYC Headquarters
Flatiron Move Reflects Firm's Evolution and International Expansion

PJCArchitecture, a boutique architecture firm with a global presence, has announced the relocation of its headquarters to 150 West 25th Street in New York City’s Flatiron district. The move supports the firm’s growth and international expansion through a more agile approach to work, while positioning it at the heart of the city's design community, steps from leading showrooms, material boutiques, and fellow design professionals.
“Putting down roots in this neighborhood enables us to immerse ourselves in the design conversation,” said Philip J. Consalvo, Founder and Principal of PJCArchitecture. “The new space is streamlined to match the way we practice today, giving us the flexibility to collaborate with clients in office, remotely, or in the field, while keeping us close to the design resources we use daily.”
Featuring an open-plan setup, conference space, and privacy pod, the 650-square-foot space is intentionally scaled to reflect how the firm operates. Building on more than 25 years of experience delivering tailored, livable solutions across high-end residential and commercial architecture, PJCArchitecture is actively expanding its geographic footprint, with offices in Miami, Florida and Quito, Ecuador. Its new office will serve as the team's home base, offering a flexible space to meet with clients, collaborate across time zones, and remain embedded in one of the city's premier design neighborhoods.
“This move marks a new era for our firm as we adapt to new methods of global collaboration,” said Consalvo. “Over the past 25 years, technology has transformed how we design and how we serve our clients. Amid this change, our firm mission holds strong: to create spaces that endure and enrich the lives of the people who inhabit them.”
PJCArchitecture continues to serve the greater New York City metropolitan area while expanding operations in South Florida and Ecuador. Guided by a human-centered approach and a deep commitment to sustainability, the firm remains dedicated to creating meaningful spaces while supporting local communities and their economies.
