With 21 unique floor plans there is something for everyone at the new 36 Park luxury apartment community in St. Louis Park, Minn. These spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes offer a pleasurable living experience with large kitchens that include granite counter tops and islands, roomy bathrooms, media wall, walk-in closets and a terrace/balcony.

The pet-friendly, smoke-free apartment community also includes a 24-hour WiFi café and business center, bowling green and rooftop terrace with grilling areas, 24-hour fitness studio, dry cleaning services, heated bike and underground parking areas, pet washing station and so much more. Just minutes from downtown Minneapolis, 36 Park offers easy access to shopping, dining and many of St. Louis Park’s hidden treasures like parks and lakes.

From the attractive and luxurious inside to the modern and appealing outside, world-known architect HOK in St. Louis, Mo., meticulously designed this residential project. General Contractor, Stevens Construction Corporation in Madison, WI, managed the project from start to finish ensuring that HOK’s design elements beautifully flowed together.

HOK’s imagery for the exterior took flight when Division V Sheet Metal in St. Paul, Minn. installed over 27,000 square-feet of Laminators Inc. Omega-Lite ACM panels using their 1-Piece, Tight-Fit installation system. The Bright Silver panels, distributed by Exterior Wall Systems in North Branch, Minn., unquestionably brought the building to life.

Omega-Lite ACM panels offer a highly decorative, strong, and durable surface finish for exterior wall surfaces. Composed of a polypropylene, corrugated core between two finished aluminum sheets, these panels are non-absorbent, water-resistant and easy to maintain.

Laminators' 1-Piece, Tight-Fit Installation system made panel installation easy using their durable 1-piece moldings—both "H" and "Reveal H" moldings are available providing two different design options for the panel joints. A traditional, yet high-tech appearance was obtained at an affordable cost for all involved.

Omega-Lite installed with the 1-Piece, Tight-Fit system guaranteed 36 Park a class A fire rating as well as met NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 285, Miami-Dade County Product Control and Florida Product Approval requirements. Laminators Inc. manufactures high quality ACM panels that meet these stringent performance levels and provide design professionals and building owners the confidence that their cladding will withstand the most extreme conditions.  With all of its amenities and its high-class exterior, winter or summer will be great seasons for all 36 Park residents.
