Jay Saldana, P.E. is the Principal Building Scientist for Amrize Building Envelope. As a new division of the world's largest cement manufacturer, Amrize Building Envelope incorporates several major building product brands in the Building Envelope arena like Elevate Commercial Roofing & Lining Systems, Enverge spray foam, Malarkey Roofing Products and American Safety Technologies, the world’s leading manufacturer of anti-slip coatings. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. After his civil engineering career, for the past 12 plus years he has been practicing building science and helping manufacturers develop new solutions and products for the building envelope.
