Michael J. Louis P.E.

Michael Louis is a Consulting Principal in SGH’s Building Technology group. He specializes in building enclosure systems, including curtain wall, windows, skylights, exterior walls, below-grade and terrace waterproofing, and flat-, steep-, and low-slope roofing. He brings a deep understanding of materials interaction and the integration of waterproofing, structural, and energy systems to support overall building performance. Michael works on both new construction and existing building projects, providing services from investigation and design through construction and testing. He can be reached at mjlouis@sgh.com.
