Comprising leading experts across all facets of the industry, the council is dedicated to bringing new educational programming, hands-on skills training, clinics and demos and networking opportunities at this year’s event in Las Vegas this October.
This initiative marks a significant expansion from what was originally established as the Gulf Coast Rebuilding Fund in 2005 by Stasiowski alongside his wife Joan, in response to the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
Before heading into the METALCON Expo Hall on opening day, women are invited to attend Metal and Mimosas, a morning gathering offering breakfast, networking and discussion with other women helping shape the future of the metal construction industry.
Any industry is only as good as its people. Sustaining success requires experienced industry veterans as well as the ability to attract, educate and develop a younger and more diverse workforce to eventually move into leadership roles within their companies and industry.
