Rising 41 stories above downtown, One St. Petersburg has become a defining feature of the city's skyline and a prominent landmark along Florida's Gulf Coast. The mixed-use development, completed in 2019, includes 253 luxury condominium residences and an adjacent Hyatt hotel, offering residents and visitors expansive views of Tampa Bay and the surrounding waterfront.
Designed by SB Architects and developed by The Kolter Group, One St. Petersburg was envisioned as a signature residential destination featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces and unobstructed views that strengthened the connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Delivering a Visible Light Transmittance of 64% Solarban® 70 glass supports the tower's expansive glazed façade, filling interiors with natural light and showcasing sweeping views of Tampa Bay, the city skyline and the waterfront. Thanks to its exceptional solar control characteristics, a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.27, Solarban® 70 glass allows for smaller HVAC systems, which reduces upfront equipment costs and helps lower cooling and heating costs.
One St. Petersburg is a residential experience where transparency, daylight and visual connection play a central role in the building's architectural identity. As one of the tallest towers in downtown St. Petersburg, One St. Petersburg demonstrates how high-performance glass can create bright, visually connected spaces that celebrate their surroundings.
