Lisa Waldie has been pushing the envelope in corporate interiors for over four years with Switzer Group, bringing a high energy, inventive nature to each of her projects with the firm. She embraces design challenges with a sense of enthusiasm, surpassing each of her clients’ expectations through a detail-oriented approach. As Senior Designer, Lisa will work hand-in-hand with those clients, bringing a unique perspective to each layer of her projects. Her most recent work includes high-performance workplace interiors for Capital One, New York State Housing and Community Renewal, Metropolitan Commercial Bank, and IBM Watson Health Cambridge.

Joining Lisa as Senior Designer is Mandi Marsh, who brings over a decade of experience to her new role at Switzer Group. As a leader within the firm’s workplace practice, Mandi champions mentorship and professional development for her team members, encouraging them to continue expanding the company’s impressive portfolio and fostering their own definition of the design practice. She brings passion and pride to the many aspects of her role, which include spatial planning, concept, design, and construction administration. Her creativity can be seen through projects such as AMC Networks, Nielsen, and Wellspring, amongst others.
