Global architecture, design and planning firm HLW announced the latest addition to its New York team, Julia Belkin. As Principal, Belkin comes to her new role with a strong background in creative visioning, planning and project execution. Her organizational leadership and approach to business development, with specific focus on growing landlord relationships and financial services, will complement HLW’s current initiatives and goals for the future. Belkin officially joined the team in August.

With over two decades of industry experience, Belkin is an innovative, accomplished interior architect who comes to HLW with a proven track record of success driving organizational growth. In her previous role, Belkin grew a partnership of seven designers to a firm of over 60 –– cultivated through strong relationships in the architecture and design community and an acute attention to client service and corporate excellence. Leveraging a strong proficiency in prospecting new business, forming strategic partnerships, and overseeing project management, Belkin will serve as an integral component of HLW’s leadership team.

 

Belkin will be responsible for overseeing projects as a Principal in Charge, as well as expanding and maintaining a network of professional connections in the New York real estate community. “I am honored to be joining the team at such an established market leader, and I look forward to the opportunity to help expand the firm’s reach in New York City,” says Belkin.
