When leaks began appearing across several roof sections of the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office, each constructed from different materials during past renovations, the Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management Department sought a solution that could preserve the structure’s integrity.

Featured on ceilings in Witherspoon are tapered ATAS Lineair Plank panels in .032 aluminum in a custom woodgrain color. The panels are nestled in white perimeter ceiling bays, four bays in total, which enact a soffit-like appearance and creates unique effects.
The 103,000-square-foot facility produces Duro-Last custom-fabricated membrane as well as custom accessories and edge details for thermoplastic single-ply commercial roofing installations

Duro-Last celebrated a major milestone Thursday with an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony for its eighth manufacturing facility in North America.
The massive renovation kicked off with the installation of 44 skylights, measuring 30-inches by 120-inches, on a 65,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building.
87,000 sq. ft. of the panels in a Graphite finish were used in the project
