Peter Brooks has been involved in construction, consulting, and testing on residential, commercial and industrial facilities for over 50 years. In 1984, Mr. Brooks became a Certified Thermographer and founded IR Analyzers to provide a full range of testing and analysis services throughout the United States. He has over 43 years’ experience in Non-destructive Testing. He has worked closely with thousands of owners, architects, engineers, consultants and contractors performing Infrared, Nuclear, Capacitance and Electronic Leak Detection Testing in a wide variety of built environments, from nuclear power plants to the Statue of Liberty. A nationally recognized expert in the field of nondestructive testing, Mr. Brooks has trained thermographers at the national level and has written many articles on the technical and practical aspects of Roof Moisture Surveys and Electronic Leak Detection. He has delivered hundreds of presentations detailing the applications of Non-destructive Testing to firms, educational institutions, and trade associations. Mr. Brooks served as Region I Director of IIBEC (formerly RCI, Inc.) from 2011 to 2015.
