Matthew Normandeau, P.E., LEED AP is a Senior Project Manager at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH). He has investigated and provided design consulting for a variety of building types, including museums, commercial buildings, institutions, and residential buildings. Matt has published papers and lectured on many topics including vegetative roofing, energy performance, high-performance building enclosures, building enclosure failures, and below-grade waterproofing. He is also a contributing member of ASTM International E06.55 pertaining to building enclosure commissioning.
