Featured on ceilings in Witherspoon are tapered ATAS Lineair Plank panels in .032 aluminum in a custom woodgrain color. The panels are nestled in white perimeter ceiling bays, four bays in total, which enact a soffit-like appearance and creates unique effects.  

Reviving the century-old Maple Terrace Apartments in Dallas, 5G Studio’s adaptive reuse of the historic landmark features glass from Vitro Architectural Glass on the building’s new windows and two-story curtain wall addition.

Tubelite’s aluminum-framed curtain wall, storefront and entrance systems enhance the building’s daylight, transparency, views, outdoor access, visual appearance and resilient performance. 

Olin Hall, Colgate University’s largest academic building, has been transformed into a state-of-the-art interdisciplinary facility, offering an upgraded and expanded learning environment for the university’s new and existing science programming.

The Giddens School and Lake Washington Girls Middle School complex is an urban educational campus located between Beacon Hill and the Central District neighborhoods of Seattle, and designed to host two private, independent schools.

Both ASHRAE 90.1-2022 and the 2024 IECC are published and available for adoption. Adoption will vary by region, but the direction is clear: expectations for tighter, more resilient building envelopes continue to rise as more municipalities move toward these standards into 2026.

The 166-unit, five-story building features a series of outdoor courtyards that invite fresh air, natural light, and greenery into each unit, ensuring residents are able to enjoy views and connections to nature.
