Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc., an award-winning full-service architectural, engineering, interiors, and design firm, announced a slate of leadership and professional advancements shared during the firm’s annual shareholders meeting held at the Independence Visitor Center in Center City, Philadelphia, on June 5. The promotions include two newly licensed Project Architects, two Project Manager promotions, one Director appointment, and two new Associate Principals, recognizing the continued growth of Spiezle’s talent and the next generation of leaders across the firm.

Alexandra Viscusi, AIA, and Rachel Dunkelberger, RA, LEED GA, WELL AP, have been promoted to Project Architect after recently achieving architectural licensure. Geoff Williams, AIA, LEED, has been promoted to Project Manager, and Olivia Cashman, RIBA, ARB, NCARB, RA, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they will continue supporting teams and clients through day-to-day project leadership, coordination, and delivery.

In addition, Joshua Horner, a mechanical engineer based in Spiezle’s Tempe office, has been promoted to Director, reflecting his expanded leadership role and ongoing contributions to the firm’s regional presence. In this new role, Horner will focus on client partnerships and continued growth in Arizona.

Spiezle also announced the promotion of two long-standing employees, Justin Kozik, AIA, LEED GA, and Ulka Panchal, RA, to Associate Principal. Both have grown with the firm for over 12 years, leading K-12 efforts for a variety of school projects across New Jersey. In their new roles, Kozik and Panchal will help drive strategic growth and operational excellence while continuing to lead project teams and deepen client relationships in the education sector.

“This year’s promotions are more than a reflection of individual achievements. As a collective, Alexandra, Rachel, Geoff, Olivia, Joshua, Justin, and Ulka exhibit the strength of our culture, internal mentorship and firm momentum,” said Thomas S. Perrino, President and CEO at Spiezle. “We’re proud to celebrate the professional achievements of these team members, and equally excited about the next generation of leadership helping to shape Spiezle’s future as we continue our success.”

The annual shareholders meeting also provided an opportunity to recognize firmwide accomplishments, share strategic updates, and advise all employee-owners of Spiezle’s financial growth.
