Oculus Inc. Awarded IDIQ Contract From the EPA
The contract has a total potential value of $20 million and includes a five-year base period followed by five one-year option periods

Oculus Inc. has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide a full range of architect-engineering services within the EPA Regions 5 through 10. The contract has a total potential value of $20 million and includes a five-year base period followed by five one-year option periods.
Oculus previously served as a contract holder on the EPA's Regions 5–10 A-E IDIQ contract and has successfully supported the agency on a variety of facility planning, assessment, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects. The new award allows the firm to continue providing technical expertise and design solutions that support EPA's mission across 29 states, six U.S. territories, and hundreds of Tribal communities.

The comprehensive design and engineering services that Oculus Inc. will provide include preliminary studies, fundamental design, and final construction design and specifications; energy audits, feasibility studies, energy modeling, and independent commissioning; architectural and engineering studies; development of site and utility plans, storm water management plans and retrofits; incorporation of USGBC LEED Building Certification programs and sustainable design requirements; environmental investigation support; comprehensive space analysis and design; and building analysis and condition assessments for laboratories, offices, and other specialized facilities.
This A-E IDIQ supports EPA Regions 5 through 10:
- Region 5 – Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin
- Region 6 – Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas
- Region 7 – Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska
- Region 8 – Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming
- Region 9 – Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau
- Region 10 – Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and 271 federally recognized Tribal Nations
