At the 2026 International Roofing Expo (IRE) in Las Vegas, Elevate™, a premier brand of commercial roofing systems and part of the Amrize family of brands, showcased its MAX PVC roofing membranes as a primary solution for the performance demands of mission-critical data centers. As these facilities grow in scale and complexity, MAX PVC provides the durability and protection required to support the world’s most critical digital infrastructure.
Throughout IRE, Elevate used live demonstrations and direct engagement to show how MAX PVC meets the industry’s rigorous performance standards. Building on recent “Top Product” recognition from a leading industry publication, the system is now a featured nominee for the IRE’s 2026 Innovative Product Award.
“Data centers demand roofing systems that perform with precision and consistency, because the cost of failure is simply too high,” said Nevin Holly, President, Elevate. “MAX PVC represents our most innovative technology from a brand the industry trusts, delivering the high-performance profile needed to ensure long-term operational integrity and building resilience.”
Voting for the 2026 Innovative Product Award remains open. Elevate encourages industry professionals to cast their vote for MAX PVC via the official IRE mobile app or online: VOTE NOW.
MAX PVC Engineered for Mission-Critical Performance
PVC continues to be a fast-growing single-ply roofing category, driven in part by data center expansion. These facilities require roof systems that hold up under challenging conditions while supporting uninterrupted operations. MAX PVC and fleece-backed MAX PVC XR were developed with those requirements in mind, including the need to manage heat in cooling-intensive facilities.
MAX PVC features an exceptionally strong knitted scrim that provides industry-leading resistance to punctures, tearing, and breaking. The membrane offers inherent fire resistance and strong resistance to chemicals and grease, making it a fit for demanding commercial environments such as data centers, airports, and manufacturing facilities. MAX PVC is also highly reflective, Cool Roof Rating Council compliant, and may contribute toward green building credits.
Hands-On Demonstrations at IRE
At IRE, a MAX PVC system designed for data center applications was featured in the Innovative Product Showcase and Awards area. Attendees also viewed live puncture resistance testing in the booth, providing a firsthand look at how the membrane performs under real-world conditions.
Elevate also used IRE as a platform for contractor learning. In-booth demonstrations ran throughout the show in English and Spanish, with sessions focused on MAX PVC puncture testing, self-adhered systems, fleece recover solutions, and adhesive application techniques.
Elevate Experts Shared Commercial Roofing Insights
Beyond the booth, Elevate experts led conference sessions and exhibitor presentations during IRE, covering commercial roofing best practices, PVC system performance, and approaches that help contractors reduce rooftop labor on complex projects.
