Elevate™, a premier brand of commercial roofing systems and part of the Amrize family of brands, marked 2025 as a milestone year for its metal portfolio, providing contractors, architects, and building owners with more choices than ever before. Through the expansion of its AdvantEdge metal edge offering, the debut of the Mountain Black color, and the growth of its Salt Lake City manufacturing facility, Elevate has broadened both the breadth and regional availability of its metal solutions.

Together, these initiatives showcase the dedication of Elevate to delivering solutions that balance performance, durability and design flexibility, whether at the roof perimeter, across large-scale façades or through color palettes that meet today’s architectural demands.

AdvantEdge: Expanded Perimeter Protection for Every Roof

As the first line of defense against wind uplift, water infiltration and structural vulnerabilities, edge metal plays a critical role in the resilience and longevity of commercial roofing systems. This year, the Elevate AdvantEdge portfolio expanded to meet that challenge with a more comprehensive lineup of pre-manufactured solutions designed for durability, ease of installation, and ES-1 compliance.

This expanded portfolio includes:

  • EdgeGard LG Compression Fascia: Two-piece perimeter system with a 22-gauge Galvalume®/Zincalume® base and snap-on aluminum cover, offering durable large-face protection and a clean finish for single-ply roofing systems.
  • TPO/PVC T-Drip Edge Fascia: Three-piece system with drip edge, hook strip, and splice plate, designed for clean deck terminations and an attractive drip edge finish; available in both TPO and PVC for versatile applications.
  • TPO/PVC T-Drip Edge Plus Fascia: Enhanced three-piece system with a double-folded drip edge that conceals the membrane-coated hook strip from ground view, creating a streamlined, architectural edge finish.
  • Roof Edge Extender: Designed to pair with gutters, coping and other edge details, this solution creates clean, professional terminations for roofs with wide perimeter designs.
  • EdgeGard Compression Fascia: Robust perimeter protection with a sleek appearance, ES-1 compliant and FM-approved, designed for fast installation without perimeter welding or sealants.
  • Flat MA Coping: Flat coping system that provides a clean, attractive parapet finish, secured with a continuous cleat at the front, and grommeted fasteners at the back for reliable performance.
  • AT Snap-On Fascia: A versatile, snap-on perimeter solution offering multiple sizes and installation options, engineered for compatibility across single-ply systems.
  • Reglet & Counterflashing: Provides a clean separation between wall and roofing materials, delivering both functional protection and a polished, finished appearance.
  • Canted MA Coping: Pitched inward to direct water back onto the roof, this coping system uses a continuous cleat for secure attachment and high wind uplift resistance.
  • Canted Coping System: A full snap-on coping with concealed fasteners and galvanized steel cleats for streamlined installation and thermal movement.
  • Gutters (MX, LX, EX, DX): Four box-style gutter profiles offered in multiple sizes, each installed with support straps at 30-inch centers, for consistent strength and performance.
  • PVC Skirted Drip Edge Fascia: Seamlessly integrates with PVC membranes, offering both water management and architectural appeal. Available in multiple color options.

With these additions, Elevate AdvantEdge now offers one of the industry’s most extensive edge metal portfolios, providing tailored fascia, coping, gutter, and accessory solutions that safeguard roof assemblies while enhancing architectural appeal.

In May, Elevate introduced Mountain Black, a bold new metal color designed to deliver performance and aesthetics. Inspired by the silhouettes of alpine ranges at dusk, Mountain Black creates a commanding visual presence on rooftops and façades, especially when contrasted with lighter exteriors.

Mountain Black is crafted with FEVE resin-based coating technology, offering:

  • Brilliant depth of color to achieve a sleek, high-end look with enhanced visual impact
  • Superior color consistency maintains a uniform finish across all products, mitigating the need for batch controlling or directional alignment during installation
  • High resistance to weathering, chalking, fading, airborne chemicals, and cleaning solvents
  • Outstanding Color Adhesion – Engineered to perform through forming, bending, and fabrication.
  • Long-Term Peace of Mind – Qualifies for the same Elevate paint finish warranty that you have come to expect, up to 35 years*.

Available across roofing panels, wall panels, edge metal, flat sheets, and slit-coils, Mountain Black expands the Elevate portfolio with a design-forward option that brings performance and bold aesthetics to today’s most striking architectural projects

Salt Lake City Expansion: Supporting Regional Demand

Elevate also strengthened its manufacturing footprint in 2025 with the expansion of its Salt Lake City facility, a LEED-certified plant that now produces a regionally specific catalog of metal products. This strategic growth enhances product availability and delivery for customers across Utah, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.

The expansion provides customers in the Western region with faster lead times, locally fabricated solutions, and access to the full range of Elevate metal offerings – including the new Mountain Black color.

With these 2025 launches, Elevate isn’t just expanding its product catalog, but rather demonstrating what metal solutions can deliver across the building envelope. From meeting stricter codes and performance standards to providing architects with greater design freedom and contractors with easier installations, Elevate continues to provide systems that combine durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.
