Global design practice Perkins Eastman celebrates the promotions of sixty-eight team members this year with the addition of six new Principals, ten Associate Principals, nineteen Senior Associates, and thirty-three Associates. The collective impact, extraordinary skill, and strategic thinking of these individuals—leaders within both the firm and industry—is truly appreciated. These individuals inspire our PEople, advance culture, and champion design innovation.

“We are proud to honor our people for their contributions to both our firm and the broader industry," say Perkins Eastman Co-CEOs Shawn Basler, AIA, Nicholas Leahy, AIA, and Andrew J. Today we celebrate not just achievements, but the passionate individuals behind them.”

  • Principal Brett Swiatocha, AIA, co-leads the residential practice at Perkins Eastman, both firmwide and in the Washington, DC, studio, where he builds on seventeen years of expertise to design complex mixed-use and mixed-income multifamily projects that balance the needs of clients and community stakeholders while contributing to the vibrancy and vitality of the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Principal Kathryn Wagner, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is an experienced project architect and fastidious project manager who guides projects of all scales from their initial conception to final construction, along with nineteen years of architectural experience and a passion for lifting up the entire design team throughout the process.
