Siplast is set to unveil its full line of Paratherm Non-Halogenated (NH) polyiso products and its latest traffic coating solution, Terapro PUR Deck Coatings, at the 2025 International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants International Convention and Trade Show in Orlando, Fla., March 6-9.

The company's representatives will be available to discuss how its new offerings can benefit roofing, waterproofing, and building enclosure consultants and architectural professionals.

Visit Siplast at Booth No. 509 at to learn more about the company’s comprehensive suite of new, enhanced, and soon-to-be-available products and services, including:

Paratherm NH Polyiso Insulation: a TCPP-free, non-halogenated flame retardant.

These insulation solutions provide thermal performance while eliminating potentially hazardous flame-retardant chemicals. TCPP is a chlorinated organophosphate flame retardant commonly added to polyurethane foams.

With the elimination of TCPP, these products are classified as Red List-free, due to potential toxicity concerns.

The Paratherm NH line also provides stable R-value performance at mean temperatures of 40°F and 75°F when testing per ASTM C 518.

Terapro PUR Deck Coatings

The latest addition to Siplast’s traffic coating solutions, Terapro PUR Deck Coatings comprises polyurethane or a combination of polyurethane and polyurea — liquid, synthetic polymers that form a protective barrier when applied to surfaces.

The system is ideal for lower decks, intermediate parking garages, parking spaces, and other surfaces such as balconies.

Terapro PUR offers a range of benefits that enhance performance and longevity. These coatings provide long-lasting waterproofing, concrete protection, and UV resistance, functioning as a topcoat over epoxy priming to prevent UV degradation.

Siplast prioritizes sustainability in construction with products like Paratherm NH that support green building ratings, including LEED points and the Living Building Challenge, along with sustainability documentation like Declare Labels, GREENGUARD Gold, GreenCircle Certified Recycled Content, and specific EPDs.

“Siplast is proud to offer a comprehensive range of non-halogenated, TCPP-free polyiso products — including flat, tapered, and cover boards — available with GRF and CGF facers in a variety of PSI ratings to meet your project’s needs,” said Kirk Goodrum, vice president and general manager for Siplast. “Siplast has listened to the needs of our designer community, who have sustainable goals and we are now able to offer a polyiso insulation solution that doesn't come with a premium price tag, Goodrum added. “This is a differentiator for Siplast.”

Terapro PUR further reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, adaptable protection for commercial and industrial structures.

“We are thrilled to debut Terapro PUR at IIBEC,” said David Barnes, business development manager at Siplast.

“The next adaptation to our PMMA line, this new product line, an addition to Siplast’s existing traffic coatings, provides a flexible, durable solution for contractors, engineers, and facility managers that is cost-effective,” Barnes continued.

Siplast continues to deliver high-performance building enclosure solutions in partnership with its customers, setting industry standards for the future of building design and construction.
