February 18, 2025

GAF will unveil a suite of new offerings at the 2025 International Roofing Expo (IRE) designed to meet the evolving needs of roofing professionals. These innovations highlight GAF’s commitment to quality, service, and performance across both residential and commercial roofing markets. GAF's commitment to innovation and sustainability will be on full display, with products that not only meet but exceed industry standards. The company's experts will be available to discuss how its new offerings can benefit contractors, distributors, and property owners alike.

Visitors of the GAF booth (#19060) will be able to learn more about the company’s comprehensive suite of new, enhanced, and soon-to-be-available products and services:

  • Timberline Solar® ES 2 is the latest evolution of the leading solar shingle on the market. Now compatible with any GAF Timberline® asphalt shingle, North America’s most trusted shingle, the GAF Energy Timberline Solar® ES 2 shingle offers best-in-class solar efficiency, and classic nailable installation – it’s all the ease of asphalt roofing with the benefits of solar innovation. The GAF Energy Timberline Solar® ES 2 offers best-in-class solar efficiency with 57 watts per energy shingle, sits flush with the roof deck and is available at select distribution centers across the country, providing function and convenience.
  • The GAF TimberSteel™ Premium Metal Roofing System offers beauty, strength, and affordability, including layers of protection innovatively designed to help protect homes against the elements. Designed for easy application with an asphalt crew, the TimberSteel™ system can be installed in approximately half the time of a standing seam metal roofing system. The GAF TimberSteel™ system is backed by an unparalleled limited warranty with an industry-leading 30-years of workmanship coverage when installed by a GAF Metal Certified Contractor and you purchase a TimberSteel™ ArmorPledge™ Limited Warranty.
  • GAF and IBHS recently announced a first-of-its-kind alliance to make resilient FORTIFIED™ roofs more accessible to homeowners across the country. GAF provides a variety of roofing products that comply with IBHS’s FORTIFIED Roof™ standards and is deploying critical training expertise and capabilities to help contractors identify those products and learn about FORTIFIED installation methods that help homes withstand weather events. Homeowners who have a designated FORTIFIED Roof installed by a GAF Master Elite® Roofing Contractor and purchase a Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty are eligible for additional benefits provided by the FORTIFIED Addendum to the Golden Pledge Limited Warranty.
  • GAF was the first in the marketplace to launch a full line of polyiso insulation solutions utilizing a non-halogenated flame retardant that is TCPP-Free. These EnergyGuard™ NH TCPP-Free Polyiso products offer excellent thermal value, are free of potentially hazardous flame retardant chemicals (i.e. TCPP), and are Red List-Free. GAF is once again at the forefront of the commercial roofing industry, by making sustainability even more accessible. GAF has announced that the full line of EnergyGuard™ NH TCPP-Free Polyiso products is now available at standard pricing - helping customers meet their sustainability goals without paying a premium.
  • Commercial roofing products designed to save time and labor including the industry’s first primerless, self-adhered TPO cover tape. Saving time and additional products on the roof by not requiring primer, it is used for stripping-in edge metal. The factory-built, easy-to-install GAF EverGuard® TPO Primerless Cover Tape helps reduce the risk of leaks and callbacks, and helps create a uniform aesthetic. GAF EverGuardⓇ TPO Aerosol Primer, Adhesive, and Cleaner are industry-first sprayable and lightweight solutions for easy and efficient application. In an easy to carry size, the convenient aerosol cans make repair and maintenance a breeze, by replacing heavy canisters and buckets, at a fraction of the weight, with no time-consuming hose or brush cleaning.
  • The brand contractors trust to develop industry-leading, unique products has a new look - introducing FT Solutions. With the new FT Solutions, you get the same premium-quality leak barriers, underlayments, and interior surface protection you’ve come to expect, all featuring the patented GripSpot™ technology for enhanced foot traction. FT Solutions products are designed with high-quality materials to help protect against the elements that work well under a variety of steep-slope roof types including metal, tile, asphalt, and more.
  • Coming Spring 2025, GAF’s new Master Flow™ Bath & Dryer Appliance Vent will help to expand its rooftop accessories category with a premium solution for exhausting bathroom/kitchen fans and dryers through the roof. Featuring a sleek modern design and all-metal construction, it will be available in four popular colors: Black, Brown, Gray and Weathered Wood. It will also be backed by an up to 50-year limited warranty and eligible for GAF enhanced warranty coverage.
  • Services and tools designed to save contractors time and help make their jobs easier, including the new GAF Present™, an innovative platform that combines advanced technology, dynamic content, and an intuitive interface. GAF Present offers a library of up-to-date templates to quickly customize relevant content and tailor product options to each homeowner. GAF Takeoff™ eliminates guesswork by bringing blueprints to life with the data needed about a roof. Detailed measurements, a materials list and a visual rendering makes complicated work simple - all within two hours for single-family homes and 24 hours for multi-family homes.
  • GAF's BuildYourRoof tool allows users to assemble a virtual commercial roof, select layers step-by-step, calculate R-value, get relevant product documents, and connect with a design specialist. As materials are selected, BuildYourRoof will flag incompatible components or attachment methods to help prevent an incompatible assembly.
  • GAF and ServiceTitan® have formed an exclusive partnership to help contractors manage and take their business to new heights. As the preferred CRM of GAF, ServiceTitan has incorporated GAF QuickMeasure™ into its platform, allowing customers to order reports right from the platform. Accurate measurements will be fed directly into templates to create estimates in just a few clicks.

Contractors will also have the opportunity to learn about GAF Community Matters, the company’s social impact initiative, and how they can get involved to support their own communities through the GAF Community Contractor program. The GAF Community Contractor Program offers contractors certified by GAF the opportunity to differentiate their business while transforming their community.

GAF's Center for the Advancement of Roofing Excellence (CARE) will hold live demonstrations on the CARE Stage throughout the Expo in both English and Spanish, highlighting key product benefits and installation techniques on residential, commercial, and solar products. GAF will also be hosting education sessions throughout the show for attendees to gain in-depth knowledge from respected industry experts covering topics such as sustainable roofing practices, sales strategies, and the future of roofing technology. To learn more about GAF products and services, as well as a full list of educational courses available at IRE, visit www.GAF.com/IRE.
