Transformative Mixed-Use Development Set to Redefine Nashville's Urban Landscape

Located in the heart of Nashville, Tenn., Paseo South Gulch is a lively new destination in one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods. This dynamic project includes two new towers creating over 600 residential units, 18,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

Tower 1 features over 18,000 sq. ft. of Laminators Incorporated’s Thermolite SE (stepped edge) panels in a variety of custom colors— Charcoal (darker gray), CVG Grey (medium gray), and AGT Grey (lighter gray). Panels were installed by Custom Enclosure Solutions, Cartersville, GA.

Available in smooth (as shown) or stucco-embossed finishes and in a variety of durable colors, Thermolite panels add a highly decorative and resilient surface with excellent insulating properties. Panels can be fabricated on-site using standard carpentry tools or factory-cut to meet exact specifications.

In addition to their fabricated stepped edge panel, Laminators Incorporated also offers a standard flat Thermolite panel, as well as two other fabricated options: Thermolite U-Max panels provide increased insulation to the panel’s interior face, resulting in increased R-Value of 100-200% over standard 1” infill panels, and Thermolite WE, wrapped edge panels that allow for metal-to-metal butt-glazed joints.

Thermolite Glazing Panels are designed to easily fit into any standard or custom glazing system. With building and energy efficiency codes becoming even more stringent, these panels can be a smart solution for any project.
