Happy Women’s History Month, readers! This month, we celebrate all women; but also highlight industry experts who are forging equality, sharing their knowledge, and creating change in the design and construction markets.

This year, Building Enclosure was joined by more women than ever. All of whom are leading the AEC industry. We wanted to speak to all of them about issues women have faced in the construction fields and how the younger generation can continue to break down barriers.
