December 22, 2023

NELSON Worldwide announced the addition of four new team members: Anthony Juliano, Senior Project Manager; Matthew Johnson, Senior Project Manager; Rachel Roblee, Business Development Leader; and Stephanie Windhorst, Director, Accounts Receivable. In their respective roles, each will enhance the firm’s human-centric design approach to innovating with purpose and accelerating business development goals across all practices.

“We warmly welcome Anthony, Matthew, Rachel, and Stephanie to our diverse, purpose-driven team,” says John “Ozzie” Nelson, Jr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at NELSON Worldwide. “Their unique skill sets will enhance the firm’s presence across the industry and aid in propelling NELSON Worldwide toward an exciting future of transforming the human experience within the built environment.”

The new talent will join NELSON’s collective of innovators, builders, designers, and technical experts who seek to elevate the design and performance of the physical and digital environments. Learn more about the new hires below:

  • Anthony Juliano has joined the team as Senior Project Manager, Mixed-Use, overseeing the successful completion of projects throughout the Northeast. Anthony provides guidance and motivation to his teammates and cultivates positive and productive client relationships. He has more than thirty years of experience managing projects that span across healthcare, workplace, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors.
  • Matthew Johnson has joined the team as Senior Project Manager, Civic, Community, Justice & Education.  In his new role, Matthew will lead large-scale justice work, including the new Georgia Department of Corrections facility, a $320 million correctional facility that will provide secure infrastructure, modern technology and improved conditions for incarcerated individuals, the largest project ever built by the State of Georgia. He will also directly support endeavors to grow and diversify work out of the Minneapolis office with the pursuit of ground-up, core and shell projects.
  • Rachel Roblee has joined the team as Business Development Leader, Asset Strategy & Workplace. In her new role, she will explore opportunities for the company to partner with asset owners at brokerage and property management firms, offering design solutions for building repositioning to optimize value and improve occupant experience. Rachel will pioneer new avenues for the firm to make an impact through thoughtfully crafted design solutions customized to the unique needs of each of NELSON’s clients.
  • Stephanie Windhorst has joined the team as Director, Accounts Receivable. In her new role, she will direct NELSON’s collection activities to increase the number of successful collections. She will also oversee the collection of outstanding invoices to minimize profit loss, ensuring it is handled appropriately, as well as develop goals that complement NELSON’s overarching business goals. Stephanie possesses exceptional leadership qualities, joining the team with a track record of creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and teamwork.
