SOPREMA Announces the Acquisition of Furbish
SOPREMA®, Inc., a leading manufacturer of commercial roofing, waterproofing, wall protection and civil engineering waterproofing solutions, has acquired Furbish, a sustainable development company focused on the deployment and maintenance of green roofs, living walls, stormwater management, and other green technologies for high-performance buildings.
SOPREMA’s latest acquisition expands its presence in the sustainable solutions market and accelerates the growth of its SOPRANATURE® portfolio of green roof solutions. It will also lead to new opportunities for product development and for professional growth opportunities for its employees. As a subsidiary of SOPREMA, Furbish will now have the resources of the SOPREMA Group to support its loyal customers.
