The Goley Companies, a St. Louis-based, third-generation, family-owned network of insulation and building performance businesses, has acquired EC Insulation & Exteriors of Eau Claire, Wis.

The acquisition supports TGC’s continued growth strategy and expands its service footprint in the upper Midwest.

EC Insulation & Exteriors will maintain its name and local operations while gaining access to TGC resources, training, and support.
