raSmith Named a 2021 Best Firm To Work For by Zweig Group
raSmith has been recognized as one of the nation’s Best Firms To Work For by Zweig Group. This awards program represents the largest employee experience survey in the architecture, engineering, environmental, planning, and construction (AEC) industry.
Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline. raSmith ranked number 11 out of 35 winners in the category of companies with 100 to 199 employees (as measured at the time of the survey). The firm also ranked number 22 out of 37 winners in the civil engineering category — one of only a few Wisconsin firms to be selected.
