Simpson Strong-Tie Brings Remote Collaboration Solutions to 2020 Autodesk University

Simpson Strong-Tie, the leader in engineered structural connectors and building solutions, is bringing to the 2020 Autodesk University and Conference a suite of software innovations designed to facilitate remote collaboration on job starts, options management, and product specification. The conference takes place this week Tuesday through Friday, November 17–20.

A first-of-its-kind global digital event, the 2020 Autodesk University and Conference is expected to bring together more than 60,000 innovators, designers, engineers, and builders to explore new ways of imagining, designing, and constructing the built environment.

Simpson Strong-Tie will have four live-demo webcasts as part of this year’s conference, focusing on LotSpec Remote, LotSpec for AutoCAD Architecture, LotSpec for Revit, our new options management plugin and what it accomplishes in different design environments. Simpson Strong-Tie will also be showcasing its Drawing Finder Plugin for AutoCAD that enables specifiers to insert up-to-date Simpson products directly into their AutoCAD drawings.
