Redesigned Petersen Catalog Features Five New Products

PAC CLAD Catalog 2016
April 13, 2016

Petersen introduces five new products in the PAC-CLAD lineup, all beautifully presented in its redesigned corporate catalog. The updated catalog also includes new, enhanced features for an existing product, plus 30 new photographs of inspirational architecture designed using PAC-CLAD roof and wall products.

The new catalog is available for viewing or downloading in the products section of pac-clad.com, or in print by calling 800-PAC-CLAD or by contacting a Petersen representative. The catalog, which displays Petersen’s new corporate logo, also includes two new sections that highlight Petersen’s perforated metal capabilities, plus its collection of coping and fascia systems.

The five new PAC-CLAD products featured in the new catalog include the following:

Four New Wall Profiles
Four new profiles have been added to the line of Precision Series wall panels, providing increased design options for single-skin applications. With a 1 3/8-inch depth, the new profiles create deep shadow lines for dramatic building exteriors. The new profiles, named 12-B, 12-S, 16-B and 16-C, feature uniform locking mechanisms so profiles can be inter-mixed to create unique designs. The panels can be installed either horizontally or vertically, and to maximum lengths of 20 feet (longer lengths available soon). Available in multiple gauges of steel and aluminum, all Precision Series panels are extensively tested to meet ASTM standards. These panels are available in .032, .040, .050 aluminum, plus 24 and 22 gauge galvanized steel. For equipment screen and parking deck applications, aluminum Precision Series panels can be perforated to provide required airflow or ornamentation. Availability may vary by location.

New PAC-Tite Gold Coping
The new PAC-Tite Gold coping system is designed to maintain roof integrity for applications in which slope must be created at the parapet wall. The high-performance system features factory applied stainless steel springs, ensuring a long-term positive attachment to the roof system for superior membrane protection. PAC-Tite Gold coping is tested per ANSI/SPRI/FM 4435/ES-1 standard complying with the International Building Code. A lifetime 215 mph warranty is available. PAC-Tite Gold coping can be custom fabricated to meet wider wall widths of more than 16 inches and face heights of up to 12 inches.

Full-Vent Flush Soffit
In addition to the five new products mentioned above, the updated Petersen catalog includes an enhancement to its Flush Soffit panel, which now includes full-vent capabilities. The full-width ventilation can increase under-eave airflow and expand aesthetic options. The full-vent soffit is available in .032 and .040 aluminum and is tension-leveled to ensure flatness. Availability may vary by location.

The new catalog includes two new sections that feature existing products and capabilities. These two sections highlight Petersen’s perforation capabilities and its line of roof edge/perimeter systems.

Perforated Metal
Many of Petersen’s wall and soffit profiles are available for perforation in a nearly endless combination of hole sizes and patterns to complement virtually any architectural design or need. Perforated metal can provide a contrasting look with any non-perforated metal to create visual interest on any project, or provide required ventilation. Perforated panels can be specified to diffuse light, air or sound, or simply for architectural flair. Typical applications include equipment screens, partitions, sign panels, parking decks, guards, interior acoustical applications and enclosures of any kind. Only aluminum will be perforated.

Fascia, Coping Systems
Petersen offers a full range of roof edge and perimeter systems which are now highlighted in the new PAC-CLAD catalog. The five coping and 15 fascia products are essential elements required to maintain the integrity of all flat roofing systems, while adding superior aesthetic appeal to a building’s exterior. The roof edge systems, produced in 12-foot lengths, are designed to eliminate field fabrication while delivering strength, enhanced aesthetics and ease of installation.
