Assemble Systems, the leading provider of Model Data Management solutions for the construction industry, has made a highly anticipated product enhancement to its best-in-class solution for the AEC industry with the addition of Assemble Properties.

Assemble Properties facilitates a number of new workflows for Assemble customers, making it easier than ever to leverage models for creating bid packages, value engineering options, adding cost codes, locations, areas and other preconstruction and construction data for better communication, organization and visualization of project information.

“We have been working closely with our customers to create innovative solutions that improve access to model information and significantly increase BIM adoption across the project team. Feedback from our clients is invaluable in delivering solutions that give our customers significant time savings and allow for improving or creating new workflows. Assemble Properties is one of the most requested enhancements to Assemble and we are excited that we were able to deliver this value for our customers.” says Trent Miskelly, VP of Product & Engineering, Assemble Systems.

This is just one of the latest enhancements made to the company’s newly released platform, Assemble Insight. Assemble Insight was well received last year due to the ability to federate models and create custom views across multiple models, allowing project teams to visualize the project in its entirety.

“We are always talking to our customers and asking how we can enhance our solutions to help them better use the model data for improved project control and outcome. We honestly believe BIM does not have to be complicated and we design our solutions with the intention of making the model data accessible and actionable across the entire project team.” says Howard Davis, CEO, Assemble Systems. “Assemble Properties will completely redefine how project teams interact with the model data. With Assemble Properties, the VDC team and the estimating department will be able to manipulate the data in Assemble without ever having to go into any other software.”

Assemble customers are excited about this new functionality. “Assemble Properties will streamline the process of adding custom data to the model without having to maintain that data inside the Revit model. It will also allow non-Revit users access to add the information they need and never have to touch Revit.” said Ashley Freeland, BIM/VDC Manager at James McHugh Construction Co.
