Content Is King: Are You Ready for OSHA’s Changes to its Hazard Communication Standard?
In 2012, OSHA enacted a number of significant changes to its Hazard Communication Standard. One of these changes requires employers using hazardous chemicals to train their employees on new Safety Data Sheets by Dec. 1 of this year.
