Newly constructed in South Russell, Ohio, a care center and assisted living facility for people living with Alzeheimer's Disease. The community includes one or two bedroom spacious suites for each guest, safety equipped baths, a ballroom and movie theater, a large fitness center, beauty clinic, a fully stocked library,and many other amenities to keep the residents entertained on a daily basis.
Driven by increasing energy costs, energy security concerns and demands for better thermal performance, building standards and codes now require higher minimum R-values for walls.
Moisture and ventilation are essential to proper construction.

The developer wanted to eliminate as much concern about moisture issues as possible. Mold and decay can ruin the profitability of a project. With the increase in building "tightness" for thermal protection, moisture problems are on the rise, causing a greater need for hydro-static pressure release and a ventilation method.
