Multidisciplinary design firm //3877 has appointed David Delcher, AIA, LEED AP as senior associate. With nearly 30 years of experience across hospitality, multi-family residential, student housing, and commercial projects, Delcher’s hire underscores //3877’s strategic growth across geographic regions and market sectors.

Bringing three decades of senior experience in the industry, Delcher has led firmwide strategy across office operations and business development. David was extensively involved with the project side of the business, where he collaborated with design teams on initiatives all over the U.S. and around the world. His broad portfolio includes work on the Watergate Hotel, W Hotel, and the Bridge District Residential in Washington, D.C. as well as the Park Hyatt in Tbilisi, Georgia and mixed-use master planning in Gurgaon, India.
