T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. Highlights Success of Pasco High School Expansion on Fall Semester Outcomes

T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., a woman-owned premier concrete specialty contractor, is highlighting the results of the Pasco High School expansion as the fall semester reaches its midpoint. T&T Construction Management Group collaborated with Williams Company, Harvard Jolly Architecture, and the District School Board of Pasco County to expand the school’s facilities and improve learning environments for its student body. T&T installed more than 21,945 square feet of slab-on-grade, 16,450 square feet of slab-on-metal-deck, and over 27,000 square feet of site pavement as part of the transformational school expansion.

“The multidisciplinary team coordinated closely with school officials to ensure safety and minimize disruption to daily operations, adjusting delivery schedules and site access to accommodate students and faculty,” said T&T Construction Management Group Tampa Area Lead and Senior Project Manager Brian Cline, who spearheaded the opening of the Tampa office and work yard this past spring to bring more localized services for the team’s growing client base in the region. “This careful planning allowed the project to move forward efficiently without compromising the school’s ongoing activities.”

The high school expansion includes a new, bigger cafeteria facility, spacious second-floor classrooms, and a large shaded exterior dining area complete with a seat wall bench for students to gather, rest, and connect between classes. The project also encompasses the school’s Patient Care Technology program, further enhancing vocational and career-focused opportunities for students. T&T poured more than 1,900 cubic yards of ready-mix concrete in total and installed 54 tons of rebar for this project.

“The Pasco High School expansion will provide both immediate and lasting benefits to the community, offering students modernized spaces for learning, career training, and dining while enhancing the school’s capacity to serve future generations,” said T&T Construction Management Group Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair Rebecca Thomas. “This project reflects T&T’s commitment to building with precision, safety, and community in mind, and as we celebrate our 30th anniversary this year with the theme of ‘Building a Resilient Legacy,’ this project underscores our work ethic that has been developed and refined over three decades in the industry.”
