Arcadis Appoints Robyn Kaiser as Principal in Workplace Design Studio

With more than 25 years of international experience leading workplace strategy and real estate innovation for Fortune 100 organizations, Robyn will help manage global client portfolios and further strengthen Arcadis’ commitment to delivering transformative workplace design and consultancy services.

Her career includes leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, American Express, and CBRE, where she spearheaded modern workplace solutions and technology-driven initiatives that have produced more than $100 million in career savings through footprint consolidations and sustainable work practices. Kaiser’s work demonstrates her ability to fuse workspace planning with real estate strategy to modernize mobility, elevate employee engagement, and optimize operational efficiency.
