Lawrence Group announces the hiring of Design Professional Conrad Lau at its New York office and Senior Project Accountant Colleen O’Brien at its St. Louis headquarters.
Conrad Lau, Design Professional
Lau has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies/Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Architecture from the University of Southern California. His experience includes a design internship at full-service architectural, master planning and design firm AO in Orange, CA. He is also certified as a LEED Green Associate.
Colleen O’Brien, Senior Project Accountant
O’Brien is a skilled accountant with more than 25 years of experience. She most recently worked as a Senior Property Accountant for Larson Capital Management in Chesterfield, MO. Her previous experience also includes Property Accountant for Larson Commercial Real Estate in Chesterfield, MO; Asset Services – Accountant for St. Louis-based Cushman & Wakefield; and Controller at SteadyRain, also based in St. Louis.
