Edward T. Marley, FAIA, NCARB, LEED AP, of Tucson, Arizona, was elected as FY26 President of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) during the organization’s annual meeting on June 21, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona. With over four decades of experience in healthcare, hospitality, and educational design, Marley is passionate about leading the organization through a transitional period as NCARB’s programs and services evolve through the ongoing Pathways to Practice initiative.
John Patrick Rademacher, NCARB, AIA, NOMA, of Loveland, Ohio, was elected FY26 Vice President of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) during the organization’s annual meeting on June 21, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona. A strong advocate for increased diversity and inclusion in architecture, Rademacher brings strategic insight and community engagement to NCARB’s leadership.
Thomas D. Lonard, RA, of Cranston, Rhode Island, has been elected Director for Region 1 of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)’s Board during the organization’s annual meeting on June 21, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona. His experience in licensure advocacy and state-level governance positions him to shape NCARB’s national perspective.
Catherine C. Morrison, FAIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, of Charlotte, North Carolina, has been elected Director for Region 3 of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)’s Board during the organization’s annual meeting on June 21, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona. A seasoned leader in sustainable design and licensure, Morrison will bring new perspectives to the national board.
Tian Feng, FAIA, FCSI, of Oakland, California, has been elected Director for Region 6 of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)’s Board during the organization’s annual meeting on June 21, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Feng brings substantial expertise in project controls and accreditation systems to NCARB’s national conversation.
