Delaware-based commercial real estate development, construction, and architecture professionals –– Patrick Honeycutt, Chris Sanchez, and Tim Kiser, AIA, NCARB –– have officially joined Group PMX, an innovator in project, program, and construction management. Drawing on a history of collaborative partnership on complex, large-scale projects across the Mid-Atlantic, Honeycutt, Sanchez, and Kiser's combined creative talent and project leadership experience extend the technical strength, resource flexibility, and reach of Group PMX regionally.

“Bringing Patrick, Chris, and Tim under the Group PMX umbrella is a natural progression of our strategic growth into Delaware,” comments Michael Giaramita, CEO of Group PMX. “Our 'One Team. Shared Success.' philosophy reflects the standards we champion as an organization: collaboration, accountability, and precision. Patrick, Chris, and Tim have each demonstrated their shared commitment to these values through their leadership. Coupled with their deep market expertise, Patrick, Chris, and Tim perfectly complement our mission to deliver solution-driven project management at every scale.”

Group PMX was incorporated in Delaware in 2009, and has since become one of the Northeast's leading, fully virtual program, project, and construction management firms. The solidification of its foothold in Delaware through the formation of this powerhouse team signifies its commitment to investing in the growth of the state economy through both business and practice.

Comprising this team is Senior Project Manager Patrick Honeycutt, known for his hands-on analytical approach to construction project oversight –– from managing detailed infrastructure phasing plans to large capital projects, including mixed-use developments that span life science, corporate/office, retail, and multi-family residential spaces. Prior to joining Group PMX in August 2024, Honeycutt served as the Vice President of Development at Delle Donne & Associates for more than a decade, where he shepherded the approval of an 80 acre mixed-use development at the former AstraZeneca campus, now known as Avenue North. This project repositioned approximately 1,000,000 square feet of existing office space, where three of Delaware’s largest employers elected to locate their headquarters, and obtained the approval rights for 350 apartments, 120,000 square feet of retail, a daycare, and a 200-room hotel.

Christopher Sanchez, Superintendent, joined Honeycutt at Group PMX in November 2024, bringing nearly three decades of experience as a construction management professional involving large-scale commercial, retail, educational, and industrial buildings, in addition to numerous transportation projects such as airports, throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Most recently, Sanchez served as Project Manager/Estimator at EDiS Company, working alongside Honeycutt on the Avenue North redevelopment to deliver upscale office buildings and essential infrastructure to support the new community. He was also involved in the multi-phase expansion of Wilmington University’s Brandywine campus.

Tim Kiser, AIA, came to Group PMX this Spring as Project Manager, following nearly two decades with architecture and planning firm, Core States Group (formerly Bernardon). Kiser has designed and delivered countless, award-winning projects in the corporate office, higher education, industrial, retail, government, and healthcare sectors. In just the last few years alone, Kiser led the teams for two new state-of-the-art buildings on the University of Delaware’s Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus: the FinTech Innovation Hub and the STAR Campus Tower, which support next-generation training for students in business and economics, engineering, and health sciences. He also designed The Tower at Avenue North –– a key component of Honeycutt's site redevelopment plan.

Together under the Group PMX umbrella and the leadership of Jenny Freeman, Managing Director of Buildings, Honeycutt, Sanchez, and Kiser are setting new standards for construction project management and delivery in Delaware. They are currently engaged on a $500 million headquarters project for the largest financial institution in the state. In addition to its corporate portfolio, Group PMX's Delaware team is also overseeing projects in the industrial manufacturing sector.

“I’m thrilled to have these three incredibly talented individuals join our team. Leveraging their unique experiences and strengths, we anticipate and welcome new opportunities to advise, support, and execute projects across the region," said Freeman. "Together with our New York-based resources, Patrick, Chris, and Tim are poised to grow our footprint and deliver exceptional value to the Delaware community."
