Joel Neeb, chief transformation and business operations officer at 8x8, will keynote the 2025 IIBEC International Convention and Trade Show, March 6–9, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. Neeb oversees a company that impacts over 10 million end users, 50,000 customers, and thousands of partners worldwide. A former F-15 mission commander in the US Air Force, Neeb commanded more than 3,000 missions and 300 senior combat pilots—including presidential escort operations. His keynote address is titled, “The Insight Age.”

More than 1,700 attendees from across the globe are expected to attend the event, which returns to the beautiful Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida, for the first time since 2022. Early-bird rates for registration and hotel room reservations expire February 7, 2025.

This year’s event also includes the second annual Excellence in Building Enclosure Consulting Awards, honoring the most noteworthy projects in the areas of exterior wall, roofing, commissioning, and building enclosure.

“IIBEC is ready to host the building enclosure profession in Orlando, where attendees can participate in three days of cutting edge education to grow their professional knowledge and problem solving skills," said IIBEC Executive Vice President and CEO Brian Pallasch, CAE. “Attendees will also be able to engage with more than 135 companies on the IIBEC Trade Show floor—our largest trade show ever!”

The convention will also include more than 20 hours of educational presentations, 6 live product demonstrations, and more than 135 exhibitors. All of that plus IIBEC’s annual meeting of the members, the president’s annual banquet, the RCI-IIBEC Foundation Golf Tournament, the second annual emerging professionals reception, and other networking opportunities.

“I can’t wait to be back in beautiful Florida, seeing my colleagues, learning together, and building the industry’s future,” said IIBEC President Robért Hinojosa, F-IIBEC, RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, RRO, PE, CDT. “From keynote speaker Joel Neeb to our closing banquet, our annual convention and trade show is the industry’s premier event. Join us in Orlando!”

Registration is open at https://iibecconvention.org/register.
