3A Composites Appoints Nick Scheib as President & Chief Executive Officer - Americas

3A Composites announced that Nick Scheib has been promoted to president and chief executive officer, 3A Composites - Americas, effective immediately. Scheib, previously the general manager of the Architectural Division, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role.
“I am incredibly honored to take on the new role of president and CEO,” said Scheib. “The past six years have been extremely rewarding, I am excited to build on our achievements and propel the entire Americas business forward. With our talented team and unwavering commitment to living our core values, I am confident that together we will make a positive impact and achieve tremendous results.”
To date, 3A Composites core values have been Integrity, Accountability, Value Creation, Customer Focus, Team, Continuous Improvement, and Humility and Respect. Scheib’s first matter of business as president and CEO was to add Transparency to this list.
“While Transparency has always been an implicit part of the way we work, I believe placing it front and center in our company culture will be key to our growth and journey moving forward as an industry leader,” said Scheib.
Scheib joined 3A Composites - Americas in 2018 as vice president, architectural sales and marketing. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated strong leadership and a deep understanding of the market. Under his management, the Architectural Division has experienced significant growth and success.
