Polyglass USA, Inc., a leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing solutions, announced its participation in the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Expo (FRSA), taking place from June 5 – 7, 2024, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimee, Florida. 

As an industry pioneer, Polyglass is dedicated to advancing roofing technology and delivering high-performance products that address the evolving needs of roofing professionals. Attendees of the expo can visit Polyglass at booth# 305 and demo booth# 434 where they will be showcasing the latest innovations and product offerings designed to enhance roofing durability, efficiency, and sustainability. 

FRSA is one of the largest regional roofing events in the country, attracting thousands of roofing professionals eager to stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices. The FRSA Expo is expected to host over 4,500 attendees and 240 exhibitors. Polyglass’s participation highlights its dedication to supporting the roofing community and fostering innovation within the industry. 

Key highlights at Polyglass’s both will include:

*New Product* Modifleece - A fleece-backed Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane base sheet for use in multi-ply low-slope roofing systems. Utilizing a unique laminating process, a specially formulated dual compound is integrated into the polyester fabric to create a monolithic bond between the two components. The self-adhered side laps are protected with a release film which is removed at the time of application, exposing the aggressive self-adhered SBS compound which provides immediate watertight seams. 

Polyanchor HV – A nailable anchor sheet specially designed for the temporary protection of steep-slope roofs in areas prone to high winds. Designed with ANCHORTIGHT Technology^™, PolyAnchor HV uses a strong bituminous bonding surface combined with a special tear resistant fiberglass mat to provide superior wind uplift resistance.  

Polyflash^® 1C – When combined with PolyBrite Reinforcing Polyester, this one-component, moisture-cure silane modified polyurethane flashing compound seals a wide range of roofing and waterproofing details, including walls, curbs, vents, roof drains, pitch pans and unusually shaped penetrations. 

Presentations and Demos: 

Polyglass will be featuring some of their products and technologies every day of the show at their demo booth #434. Live demonstrations from Polyglass experts will feature their newest innovation Modifleece, as well as Polyanchor HV and Polyflash 1C. Demonstrations will occur Thursday at 11:30am, 12:45pm, 1:45pm, and 2:30pm and on Friday at 10:30am, 11:45am, and 1:00pm.
