Premier, an end-to-end architecture, design, procurement, and capital management firm, is pleased to announce that Patrick Burke, AIA, NCARB, has joined the team as the new Senior Vice President of Architecture. Burke delivers over 30 years of industry experience, leading teams on the completion of ground-up developments, acquisitions, remodels, and renovations. His extensive background brings essential expertise and insight to Premier’s future and ongoing hospitality and multi-housing projects.

“As we continue to expand our architecture services, Patrick is an ideal addition to strengthen our architectural capabilities and reinforce the existing team,” said Franklin Piñerúa, Chief Commercial Officer of Premier. “Patrick will be essential not only in the conception and execution of projects, but also on the business development side of our growing architecture and design program.” 

In his role as Senior Vice President of Architecture, Burke will contribute to Premier’s growing suite of offerings as the company pursues new opportunities within the hospitality and multifamily sectors. He will facilitate collaboration between the architecture and design teams ensuring streamlined communication with a clear focus on all team goals. By developing these processes, all teams will be aligned on client needs to continue providing exceptional service and results while strengthening existing partnerships. Burke provides a self-described servant-leader approach and can-do perspective to help his teams achieve the best solution for every opportunity.

Before joining Premier, Burke served as Vice President and Principal at BRR Architecture. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Principal at RHA Architects for four years. He oversaw the firm’s new-builds, renovations, expansions, acquisitions and special projects while providing guidance to project management teams to ensure quality projects that aligned with client timelines. He graduated from Drury University with a Bachelor of Architecture.
