Each team member has cultivated impressive careers as creators, innovators, and believers in the power of design. Jennifer, Doug, and Ricardo will work alongside the current distinguished group of managing associates and leadership to aid in the firm’s continued expansion.

“We are thrilled to promote Jennifer, Doug, and Ricardo to Managing Associates,” says Jim Phillips, Founder and Managing Executive. “TPG Architecture is proud of the great work these experienced designers provide to their clients. We are excited to see how they will help lead the firm in the future.”

Jennifer has utilized her diverse skillset to collaborate on projects across the sectors of creative workplace, retail, and hospitality. Doug West, NCIDQ, LEED AP

  • Doug joined TPG Architecture in 2015 and has over 20 years of multi-level corporate interior experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Cornell University. As one of the firm’s Studio Creative Directors, Doug brings design vision, strategic planning, and market awareness to his team leadership role. With a passion for creating spaces that reset market expectations, he maintains strong partnerships with a number of the city’s premier ownership and brokerage teams to reposition and enhance the value of existing properties. Within his corporate interiors portfolio, Doug has led the design effort on a range of projects, including Blue Wolf Capital Partners, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Douglas Elliman, and Fragomen.

Ricardo Nabholz, IIDA, LEED AP
