After supporting global clients through a challenging year, NFS Technology is about to reveal the secrets of a new practical approach to workplace transformation.

The leading workspace software provider is the sponsor for both days of the Future Offices Summer conference, and is teaming up with a global operations director to share learnings with attendees in a special presentation on 27 July at 2.20pm EST.

Luis De Souza, CEO of NFS, will lead an online session on “The Practical Approach to Transforming the Workplace”, sharing the platform with Ray Pezzuti, Global Director of Operations and Facilities with Fried Frank LLP, an NFS client.

Luis said: “We’re delighted to sponsor Future Offices, because we believe there’s never been such a great time for workplace leaders to transform their workspace.

“I’ll be offering my perspective, based on the experience of supporting many global clients through a challenging journey and also significant opportunities to ‘build better’.”

Luis’ presentation will cover:

  • Real challenges NFS clients have faced, and their approach to analysing and driving change in space transformation and collaboration.
  • Different technology choices – what worked best
  • The role of data in making informed choices
  • The journey of a global NFS client faced with a pandemic in the same month as opening a new EMEA HQ facility.

Luis said: “I will explain how NFS worked with the client to deliver a technology-driven workplace strategy to encourage staff back to the office, while offering flexibility for home working in a supportive planned manner.

“Ray will contribute practical insights on workplace transformation gained in key roles at White and Case, Blackrock and other global organizations.”

Ray will offer insights including planning for workplace change in a global context, and key factors for success in a major office move

Luis said: “As organizations find their way forward, the path can seem uncertain.

“But there are huge opportunities to rethink our workplaces and support them with technology to encourage efficiency, productivity and worker wellbeing.”
