Garland/DBS Canada Inc. was recently awarded a contract to provide roofing and waterproofing materials and related turnkey services to member entities of Kinetic GPO, a cooperative purchasing organization for broader public sector and MASH (Municipalities, Academics, School Boards, and Health and Social Services) entities across Canada.

The three-year contract, with an option to extend the term for an additional period of up to two years, officially took effect April 1, 2020. Through contract 19-03, Garland/DBS Canada will provide totally integrated project delivery with complete accountability under a long-term warranty. Products included in the portfolio support the roofing and waterproofing needs of the exterior building envelope.

It was put into place through a fair, open and transparent public tender process that ensures compliance with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and other trade agreements.
