Elastoflex SA V Polar Base and Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap

Polyglass U.S.A. Inc., a leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing solutions, announces it will be highlighting its industry-leading modified bitumen membranes, roof underlayments and roof coatings at the International Roofing Expo, February 4-6, 2020, Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Dallas, TX, Booth #3215 & #3512. On display will be Elastoflex SA V Polar Base and Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap self-adhered membranes for cold weather application, and Turbo-Set advanced liquid-applied membrane system.

Visitors to the booth can see Elastoflex SA V Polar Base and Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap self-adhered, modified bitumen membranes, which can be installed at low temperatures between 25°F – 60°F (-4°C – 16°C), widening the window of opportunity for roofing applications. Designed for long-term performance, Elastoflex SA V Polar Base is fiberglass-reinforced for excellent dimensional stability. Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap has a UV-stabilized granule surface and is polyester-reinforced for exceptional puncture and tear resistance.

Also to be showcased is the Turbo-Set advanced liquid-applied membrane system for accelerated installation. Roofing contractors can spray apply this two-component, water-based liquid membrane system in a single coat for rain resistance in as little as 20 minutes. The system’s revolutionary Blue-Cure Technology speeds up drying and cure time, enabling easy spray application and one-coat installation. Using state-of-the-art proprietary Polyglass equipment, the Turbo-Set™ application rate is virtually identical to standard acrylic and silicone spray rates, so Turbo-Set’s one-pass system can sharply reduce project labor rates.
