Fi-Foil Company, Inc. announced that Donny DeMarie will depart from the Board of Directors effective July 31, 2019.

DeMarie served as a Fi-Foil Company board member since June 2014. "As one of the most respected insulation and building materials executives in the industry, Donny's experience and leadership has been an asset to the steady growth of Fi-Foil over the past several years," says Chairman, Doug Van Clief.

Earlier this year, DeMarie was named President and CEO of Cameron Ashley Building Products, a growing nationwide distributor formerly known as Guardian Building Products. Due to his new position, DeMarie will step away from duties as a board member for Fi-Foil.
