EYP Architecture & Engineering announced today that Cody Cartusciello, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to managing principal of the firm’s Dallas office. In this expanded role, Cartusciello will be responsible for driving regional business development in coordination with national sectors, providing general office leadership and coordinating with the management team to identify areas for growth while optimizing the local team’s operations.

Cartusciello joined EYP in 2015 after gaining experience as a project manager at Perkins+Will. As a project manager he was responsible for managing and coordinating large project teams both internally and externally. As an expert in project management, his ability to bring together contractors, clients, engineers and designers to work as one team with a unified vision has poised him for his new role.

“Cody is an experienced leader who excels in managing large and diverse teams through all phases of the project cycle,” said Scott Butler, CEO. “He has proven to be a versatile and innovative problem solver and has carried this expertise into his new role.”

Cartusciello has experience managing projects spanning multiple sizes and various industries. He has worked on many large scale and notable projects, including Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center at Dallas, Medical City Dallas Renovation and Vertical Expansion, CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and UT Southwestern Brain Institute and Cancer Center.

“At EYP, we strive to bring forward a level of attention and expertise to our clients that allows them to make informed decisions,” said Cartusciello. “I look forward to my expanded role, where I can continue to develop and strengthen relationships in the Texas region by being a trusted partner and consultant.”

Cartusciello earned his Master of Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington.
