Ian Altman to Keynote Sprayfoam 2019 Convention

SPFA 2018
January 22, 2019

The Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA), the educational and technical resource to the spray polyurethane foam (SPF) industry, today announced Ian Altman will keynote The Sprayfoam Show 2019 Convention & Expo. The largest annual event dedicated to Spray Polyurethane Foam will take place February 4 through 7 in Daytona Beach, Florida and will include educational tracks, a robust exhibit hall, annual awards programs, onsite professional certification testing and much more.

“The Sprayfoam Show is the industry’s biggest event of the year and we are expecting the who’s who in spray foam to all be there,” says Tiffiny Flaim, president of the SPFA.  “This year’s exhibit hall is bigger than ever and we expect our Professional Certification Program testing sessions onsite to pull in a lot of participants. Our roster of speakers is also sure to provide the right mix of knowledge and entertainment. There’s something at this show for everyone.”

Ian Altman will present “A Modern Approach to Grow Your Business That Everyone Can Embrace, Even Your Customer”, a keynote address showcasing a unique approach to sales and marketing outlining concrete steps to achieve results rather than hype. Ian Altman is recognized for growing the value of his own companies from zero to over $1 billion and utilizes that experience to communicate insights that set organizations on the path to success. Altman’s keynote is scheduled for the morning of February 6.

Additional Sprayfoam Show General Session Featured Speakers include Tiffiny Flaim, who will provide insights into the current spray foam marketplace, and Geoff Ferrell, chief technology officer with Mandalay Homes, presenting “A Grid-Invisible Future-Focused Neighborhood and SPF” about a recent development in Arizona which is net zero energy and leverages spray foam insulation.

The Sprayfoam Show 2019 Convention & Expo is anticipated to draw more than 1,200 of the industry’s participants to Daytona Beach. To be held at the Ocean Center, the event will feature: a 50,000-square-foot exhibit hall showcasing more than 95 booth displays; a four-day educational program including more than 30 break-out sessions; the 14th Annual Industry Excellence Awards; SPFA Annual Member Awards, honoring members who have demonstrated significant dedication to the betterment of the organization and industry at-large; the Annual Golf Tournament; SPFA Professional Certification Program testing onsite; VIP events; member and contractor-only events; an entertainment filled Closing Bash and Networking Party.

“This truly is the one event that everyone interested in spray foam waits for all year,” says Kurt Riesenberg, executive director of the SPFA. “No matter what aspect of the industry they come from, our attendees consistently say this is a must attend event with tremendous value.”
